Offers & agreements
All offers received will be communicated in writing promptly. We ask that prospective tenants provide certain information (e.g. photographic identification, proof of address, proof of employment, and reference contact details for their bank, landlord, and employer), along with any other special conditions of offer and the desired timescale.
Once you accept an offer, we will do the following, regardless of whether your property is managed:
Apply for a credit check and references through an independent agency; have an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement signed; collect moving-in payment (rent and deposit); make your property ready for move-in.
On the mutually agreed date, and subject to the property being ready, we will release the keys to the tenant.
