We strongly recommend that tenants take out a Tenant Liability and Contents Insurance Policy to cover their obligations and liabilities as tenants towards the fixtures, fittings, and contents of the property. We also recommend that landlords take out Landlord Liability and Contents Insurance and appliance warranties to protect the landlord’s obligations and responsibilities towards the property.
