Central Park Estates will register your deposit with a relevant deposit protection scheme within 15 days, and will provide you with a Deposit Certificate and Prescribed Information. Central Park Estates does not hold any deposits, and transfers the deposit to the landlord to hold under the www.MyDeposits.co.uk scheme unless otherwise requested by the landlord.
